The Grid Cohesions fit me like a glove. They feel fast and I forget that I’m even wearing shoes. They have a nice even sole without any bubbles of cushioning (I don’t like bubbles!)
I’d recommend the Cohesions to any neutral or underpronater runner.
Super comfortable!
I’ve been crazy about Saucony for about as long as I’ve been running. I’ve tried a few models and the Grid Cohesion is definitely my favorite. They are super comfortable and are great for my high arches and narrow feet.
I’ve been wearing Grid Cohesions for a couple years now. I always buy the same model once I find a model I like. I switched to the Cohesions because my New Balance shoes were a bit to soft and clunky, and I wanted something a little firmer and lighter so I could feel the road under my feet. I really enjoy the Cohesions…I can barely tell that I’m wearing them at all! I have run a bunch of races in them, including my first and second half marathon. They held up great through all the training.
I ran my first marathon in these shoes and never really had any problem with them. I found that they were very comfortable and never led to any issues with blisters.
However, now that I’ve run a few more races and tried a few more shoes, I realize that they didn’t provide quite enough cushion and support for my feet. This is something that I’ve determined I need, and this shoe does not provide that for me.
I also feel like they didn’t hold up and last as well as some of the other shoes I’ve tried by other brands.
Overall, I feel like it’s a great shoe, but it didn’t meet my needs well enough to convince me to buy a second pair.
