These are a racing flat/neutral shoe, which means they should be reserved for speedwork and short distances. I love the integrated uppers–makes it feel like you are wearing a glove on your feet. I have a pair in electric blue. The girl part of me likes the hot color, as they make me feel fast. So far after 2 speedwork sessions I am blazing at my pace; the reduced weight from the shoes really makes a difference. Make sure to order a half size larger than normal. These run small.
These are my new favorite running shoes! They are lightweight, seamless (which means nothing to cause a blister), comfortable, and look awesome. They have this special lacing system that is called a 360 degree lacing system. It seems to lace around my ankles really well without feeling to tight. This is the perfect pair of warm weather running shoes because they are so lightweight and breathable. They are made out of that mesh stuff that you see on shoes….only their are no leather pieces.
