The Mizuno Wave Inspires may look like just a typical running shoe from the outside, but inside my feet feel like they are getting a big warm bear hug! The midfoot support is really incredible on these shoes with loads of support and a wonderful snug feeling all the way around the foot.
The rear foot has a wonderfully soft and squishy cushioning but isn’t bouncy. It gives the Wave Inspires a super smooth transition from heel to toe.
These shoes would be great for a runner who packs in lots of mileage.
