Sunday mmmmmm!!!

I’ve had a relaxing Sunday, spending 22 of the last hours in my pjs…the other two hours I was in my running clothes and in the shower :)

I had a wonderful 4 mile run. On Sundays they close the road through the park, so everyone is running and skipping and roller-skating and skate boarding along the road. It is really fun because there are so many folks wandering around. There is a little roller-skating party that happens about half-way through my run. Some of the roller-skaters are pretty serious!

I felt really good and was going pretty fast. It’s about time I start planning on some longer runs…eek! Happy Sunday everyone!

    ohhhh i have been to GGP a couple times on sundays and always wondered why the streets were closed. they do that every sunday?? good to know :) great job on the run!

    Days where I get out of my pjs only to put on running clothes, run, shower, and pj back up are the best days EVAH.

    I’m glad you had a great run! Come to think of it, since you run to the park from home probably most of the parts you run in ARE flat! Or I have a skewed view of hills.

    That sounds fun! I love running in parks…it’s one of my favorite places mostly b/c it’s usually filled with people…i.e. distractions, people watching galore!
