I’ve been a Saucony guy for quite awhile. They are incredibly comfy and make me feel like I could run a million miles an hour.
They are built for neutral runners and provide a medium amount of cushioning.
I live in Minnesota and do many of my runs outside in the winter if it isn’t too cold out. I have forgotten my Yax trax a couple times, but the cohesions have managed to get me through the ice and snow. That is saying a lot about the grip!
I’m currently on my 3rd pair of Cohesions, and I plan to stick with them next time I purchase running shoes.
