K-Swiss is a must have for any traceur or freerunner. It has a very good grip, not quite as good as the newer ariakes, but still very good. The shock absorbtion is equal to the Ariakes and second to none. I prefer Ariakes or Kirovs for precisions do the the entirely flat buttom, where as these has an arc, but as long as you hit the rail with the balls of your feet,which your soposed to do, thats not a problem. Now the best part about these is, which is the reason they are a must have for freerunners, the fact that they are way better for actually running. They are so much lighter than the other freerunning shoes and they have a very similar shape to some of the top running shoes. The fact that a freerunner obviously needs to be able to run fast between all their flips and vaults is the reason these shoes are a must have!
